What people contact us about

Orders and downloads: a missing email, a link that will not open, or files you need again. You can also retrieve links yourself on our My Downloads page.
Printing and framing: paper choices, printer settings or frame sizes. Our printing guide covers the basics.
Church and school use: displaying prints in shared spaces or using artwork more widely.
Artwork suggestions: a verse, symbol or season you would love to see illustrated.
Corrections: anything in our art or articles that looks inaccurate to you.

We read every message

We read every message that comes in and do our best to reply helpfully. When you write about an order, please include the email address you used at checkout so we can find it quickly. Many common questions are also answered on our FAQ page.
